- EASEMENT- A legal right given by the owner of land to another party for specific limited use of that land.EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION - An institution offering academic instruction or training leading to a degree, or accreditation by the state, including private colleges or trade schools but not including dance schools, business schools and similar commercial establishments.EMERGENCY SHELTER - A facility that provides immediate and short-term housing and supplemental services to homeless persons or families.
